What you will do
- Work in line with agreed thresholds in North Lincolnshire to ensure individuals receive the right support at the right time.
- Promote the Independent Living Service while supporting staff development and training initiatives.
- Stay informed on evidence‑based practice and innovations in therapy services, implementing improvements across the service.
- Provide professional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor and enhance competencies of prescribers to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
- Support budget management by identifying risks, tracking progress, and reporting in line with procedures.
- Collaborate with partners within the Disabled Facilities Grant process to ensure effective outcomes.
- Offer expert advice on moving and handling practices.
- Design and deliver training sessions tailored to a variety of audiences.
Requirements
- HCPC registration is essential.
- A valid driving licence is required for travel within the area.
