What you will do

  • Work in line with agreed thresholds in North Lincolnshire to ensure individuals receive the right support at the right time.
  • Promote the Independent Living Service while supporting staff development and training initiatives.
  • Stay informed on evidence‑based practice and innovations in therapy services, implementing improvements across the service.
  • Provide professional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and enhance competencies of prescribers to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
  • Support budget management by identifying risks, tracking progress, and reporting in line with procedures.
  • Collaborate with partners within the Disabled Facilities Grant process to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Offer expert advice on moving and handling practices.
  • Design and deliver training sessions tailored to a variety of audiences.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration is essential.
  • A valid driving licence is required for travel within the area.
