About the Nursery
Our newly refurbished nursery is perfectly located near the train station, with convenient on-site bike and car parking. Sancton Wood Nursery is a nurturing, family-friendly environment supporting children aged 12 months to 4 years, and is celebrated for its outstanding approach to each child’s social and emotional development.
Our spacious outdoor garden is a magical space for little explorers. With Forest School sessions, a large climbing frame, a water pump, and a sandpit, children have endless opportunities to develop physically, creatively, and socially in a safe and inspiring setting.
The nursery operates 48 weeks a year, closing at Christmas, Easter, and for two weeks in August. Staff also enjoy an additional 5 days’ holiday plus public holidays that fall outside nursery closure periods.
