Senior Leaving Care Leader: Mentor & Transform Futures

Derbyshire County Council is looking for a Senior Leaving Care Worker to join their inclusive Erewash & South Derbyshire Team in Ilkeston. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring colleagues and ensuring that care experienced young people receive the support they need during their transition to independence.
