About the role
At Heritage Healthcare North Tyneside & South Northumberland, we provide expert care at home, supporting people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. This is a people‑focused role, where you’ll build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day.
Key responsibilities
- Companionship – building trust and meaningful connections
- Personal care – supporting with washing, dressing, and dignity
- Medication management – administering and supporting with medication safely in line with care plans and training
- Daily support – meal preparation and light domestic duties
- Mobility assistance – helping clients stay active and safe
Qualifications & Requirements
- A kind, caring and reliable person
- Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- No previous experience needed – we provide full training and ongoing support
