Salary: £43,277 to £51,714 pa inclusive, with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance

This is a fixed term appointment for two years, expected to start on 1 September 2026.

Role Overview

The Department of Management at LSE seeks to appoint an outstanding candidate in the area of Management (Information Systems and Innovation). The post holder will contribute to the Department’s teaching (postgraduate and/or undergraduate) and research activities in the discipline of Management (Information Systems and Innovation).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver teaching at the postgraduate and/or undergraduate level in Information Systems and Innovation.
  • Engage in research and scholarly activity, developing a record in peer‑reviewed outlets.
  • Participate in departmental and wider research centres.

Qualifications

  • Completed or very close to completing a PhD in Management including Information Systems and Innovation or a discipline relevant to the post.
  • Very good knowledge of Management (Information Systems and Innovation) in own specialism and breadth beyond that specialism.
  • Developing research record in well‑recognised peer‑reviewed outlets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility

  • Applicants who have already been employed as an LSE Fellow for three years in total are not eligible to apply.
