Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and reputable law firm based in Rusholme for a Legal Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, personable, and proactive individual with previous reception or administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support to the wider legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and telephone enquiries.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing enquiries appropriately.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage fee earner diaries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, DX, and deliveries.
- Support solicitors and legal staff with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure reception and meeting areas are kept tidy and presentable.
About you
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Administrator, or Legal Receptionist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional telephone manner and strong client care skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy office environment.
- Previous experience within a law firm or professional services setting is desirable but not essential.
