Children’s Support Worker – Saturdays

About the role

Active Care in the Home is expanding its client base with a new children’s care package in Lee on Solent. We are recruiting a Children’s Support Worker to support a 9‑year‑old female client with cerebral palsy in her family home. The role involves helping to deliver a physiotherapy plan; prior physiotherapy experience is advantageous.

Hours & Contract

Saturday mornings 10:00‑12:00. During school holidays the hours increase to two days a week (10:00‑12:00). The position is part‑time and offered on a zero‑hours contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the individual with complex needs, building a consistent, trusted care team.
• Assist in delivering physiotherapy sessions as per the plan.
• Provide regular weekly shifts, ensuring continuity of care.
