ITAC Solutions is looking for an IT Operations Administrator to serve as the primary hands‑on internal IT resource for our growing organization. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on technical support, systems administration, problem‑solving, and operational improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as first point of contact for employee technology needs across all offices and remote staff (Tier 1/Tier 2 helpdesk)
- Administer and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment — Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, identity/access, and licensing
- Manage user accounts, devices, permissions, and security access — including full onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Handle hardware procurement, setup, and lifecycle management, including remote employee device provisioning
- Maintain printers, peripherals, Wi‑Fi, and on‑site network infrastructure
- Help maintain cybersecurity best practices, backup/recovery readiness, and system reliability
- Coordinate with external technology vendors and service providers — evaluations, renewals, licensing, and cost optimization
- Build and maintain IT documentation: environment configurations, runbooks, onboarding/offboarding checklists, and asset inventory
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and the user experience — and take initiative on projects that interest you
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting business technology environments end-to-end
- Experience troubleshooting Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues
- Familiarity with SaaS administration (ATS/CRM platforms, cloud file storage, VoIP a plus)
- Experience building documentation and process where little exists today — you see a gap and fill it
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Someone who is proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented
