Field Services Support Operations Specialist – 12 month contract, Hartlepool.

This role falls inside IR35.

Role Summary

The Field Services Support Operations Specialist provides logistical and technical assistance to field teams, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative and tactical readiness for technicians deploying to offshore wind projects.
• Ensure technicians have necessary resources (computers, PPE, etc.) to effectively deploy to project sites.
• Support the Resource Management Leader in building deployment schedules and communicate schedules to technicians and site operations leaders.
• Manage and maintain documentation and systems that support resource deployment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools is required.
• Experience in offshore wind is preferred.
• Prior experience coordinating resource deployment or relevant scheduling activities.
