Hair Stylist

The Drybar team at Harrods Knightsbridge are looking for a Stylist to join the team on a full time basis.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering an elevated blow‑dry experience from our Drybar menu, providing a first‑class, personal customer service, building excellent rapport with clients, and nailing styling requests with ease.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality blow‑out services and ensure a memorable customer experience.
• Build excellent rapport with clients and fulfill styling requests efficiently.
• Maintain exceptional product knowledge and strive to achieve business goals.
• Adapt new skills and techniques to meet clients’ needs in a timely manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
• Act as an ambassador for the Harrods brand and uphold Drybar standards.
• Prioritize tasks, manage appointments, and assist in the smooth running of Drybar.
• Display a “can do” attitude and maintain Drybar standards at all times.
• Be open to learning, grow within the role, and accept guidance from managers.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout every step of their appointment.

Qualifications

• Great passion for the beauty industry.
• Strong teamwork spirit and belief in Harrods values.
• Functional and technical knowledge/skills to perform a blow‑out.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive initiative and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Positive, “can do” attitude.
