Part-Time Family & Pupil Support Specialist

Manor Field Infant and Nursery School seeks a dedicated Family Support Worker to provide support to pupils and their families. The role includes delivering family interventions and advice on parenting skills, alongside collaborating with the pastoral team.

We are looking for someone who can motivate both pupils and parents, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic educational environment. This part-time role, covering term time plus one week, offers fixed-term engagement for one year, with a start date on 1 September 2026.

The position includes opportunities for professional development and enrollment in the Local Government Pension Scheme if eligible.
