Retail Merchandiser

Location: NOTTINGHAMSalary: £14.29 – £15.41 per hour inclusive of holiday pay, immediate start, access to wages from 3 days.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Manager, covering various retail stores.
• Perform de-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms; clean and reprofile fixtures to ensure product visibility.
• Transport stock from the warehouse to the shop floor and support replenishment as needed.
• Shift schedule: 10‑12 hour shifts, predominantly nights; clock in/out via smartphone RAS Dashboard; shift availability through Field Power.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, manual handling, and lifting requirements.
• Travel as required; own vehicle preferred; accommodation provided when away from home.

Key Skills / Experience Required

• Attention to detail and general fitness for manual handling.
• Ability to work fast, under pressure, and in unsociable hours (early mornings, nights).
• Previous retail experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Problem‑solving mindset and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
