Year 5 Primary Teacher

Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Thurrock

Start: September; Contract: Full time, long‑term—may become permanent.

Salary: £135‑£260 per day.

Class: Year 5, 2 Form Entry.

School: Good Ofsted rating, modern with large bright classrooms. Facilities include a multi‑use games area, well‑equipped library, and breakout areas for planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and fun lessons for all abilities.
• Partner with experienced teachers and work with a classroom teaching assistant.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS with experience teaching in KS1 or KS2, particularly KS2.
• Experience as a Year‑5 teacher or a Year‑5 teaching assistant. Passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) with desire to gain further experience will also be considered.
