About the role: Learning Support Assistant at Abbots Green Academy

As Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils with additional needs to flourish both academically as well as socially and emotionally. You will work on a one-to-one as well as in small groups to ensure an inclusive approach to learning. As part of the role you will be working as part of a dynamic fast paced team of support staff and teachers, and reporting to the SENCO and wider leaders in school.
