Salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly. Newly Qualified Social Workers will commence on Grade9 pay and job description before progressing to Grade10 after 2 years. Experienced social workers will commence at Grade10 pay and job description.
The position qualifies for a market supplement payment of £200 per month, which will be reviewed on 31March2027.
The successful candidate may be eligible for up to a maximum of £8,000 (including VAT) towards the cost of expenses incurred due to relocating to Ceredigion.
