VANRATH is recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing organisation seeking to appoint an HR Consultant on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, delivering practical HR solutions, supporting employee relations matters, and contributing to a variety of HR projects and initiatives.

About You / Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a HR Advisory, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or similar HR role
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- CIPD qualification, working towards CIPD, or equivalent experience desirable
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support across a range of employee relations and people management matters
- Build positive working relationships and act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related queries
- Support managers and stakeholders with the application of HR policies, procedures, and best practice
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention activities
- Assist with HR projects and organisational initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and practices
- Research and recommend practical solutions to support business and people objectives
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and records
- Ensure HR activities are delivered in line with relevant employment legislation and organisational requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high-quality HR service and positive stakeholder experience
