Due to increased customer demand and expanded production schedules, were now recruiting Frozen PM Operatives to join our growing factory team on our night shift.
These are full-time, permanent roles, working 45 hours per week, with a premium rate paid on hours worked over 46.
What youll be doing
- Preparing and peeling vegetables for production
- Manual handling of prepared goods
- Operating machinery to produce quality product
- Weighing and quality checking product lines
- Sealing products
- Sleeving
- Meeting wastage targets
- Basic clean down of machinery
- Following Health and Safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Working hours
Youll work 5 days over 6, Monday to Friday, as part of a 45-hour working week. Shift times vary with production demands, but a typical day looks like 5:00pm 3:00am.

What were looking for
We are looking for individuals who have a mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Previous experience of operating food production or manufacturing machinery is essential.
