Responsibilities: Prepare pricing for all upcoming, completed jobs and commercial functions on projects. Gathering accurate costings from site staff, sub-contractors & IT systems to ensure accurate billing. Identify variants, investigate and ensure pricing is accurate and explainable. Report on completed works on a weekly & monthly basis. Analyse progress and financials, including risks or concerns on a regular basis to management, customers or site managers. Ensure all projects spend is in accordance with tender prices submitted. Liaise between site staff, management/directors and the client on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with all contracts on costs, ISO standards and company H&S.
Requirements: Ideally 1-3+ years in Quantity Surveying experience. Strong financial reporting experience and excellent documentation management. A relevant 3rd level construction qualification in Quantity Surveying or related degree. Excellent organizational, planning and contract management skills. Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills. Driving License & able to visit sites across NI as required.
