Manufacturing Supervisor

A leading manufacturer in a regulated industry is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production operators and coordinate daily manufacturing activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture.
• Support investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and other departments to support operations.
• Train, develop, and manage team performance.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or 4 years’ relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review technical documentation and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable Requirements

• Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality management systems.
• Experience with production documentation, CAPAs, and compliance processes.
