Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a dual clinical and leadership role at Cavehill Dental and Implant Clinic, combining 2–3 days of clinical practice with dedicated time to lead, influence, and help shape the future direction of the team.
Role Structure
- Work 2–3 days per week clinically as an Associate Dentist
- Dedicate approximately 4 hours per week to leadership responsibilities within the Practice Clinical Lead function
- Combine hands‑on dentistry with protected time to support team development, clinical standards, and practice performance
- Flexibility to shape your contribution depending on the pathway you choose and practice requirements

- Practice Clinical Lead (PCL)
- Step into a recognised clinical leadership role focused on care, standards, and team development.
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance and patient outcomes.
- Shape clinical standards, protocols, and the patient journey.
- Support, mentor, and develop the clinical team.
- Champion governance, best practice, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to decision‑making and strategic direction.

- GDC‑registered dentist with strong clinical experience.
