Head of AI-Enabled Investment Operations

InvestEngine is looking for a senior operational leader to act as the second-in-command to the Operations Director. This role involves overseeing investment operations, eliminating manual work, and leading teams in transforming the back office into an AI-enabled operation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fintech operations, a strong understanding of CASS processes, and a proven ability to improve and redesign operational workflows.
