Senior HiBob Consultant: End-to-End Implementations

Phase 3 is looking for a Lead HiBob Consultant to strengthen our HiBob practice as our client base expands. This role requires a senior technical and delivery authority on HiBob, focusing on end-to-end implementation and support of the platform.

As a Lead Consultant, you will mentor our HiBob team and ensure quality delivery on client engagements. We’re seeking candidates with proven multi-module HiBob experience and the ability to lead clients throughout their HiBob journey, while also contributing to the growth of our practice.
