About the Role
This opportunity is for an Associate‑level Solicitor to join a well‑established General Litigation team, with a focus on Property Litigation. The role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property matters while also contributing to wider commercial and civil disputes handled by the team.
- Property litigation work — including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, easements, restrictive covenants, possession claims, and service charge disputes.
- Commercial property disputes — acting for landlords, tenants, developers, and property owners.
- Residential property disputes — including leasehold matters and enfranchisement‑related issues.
- Supporting the wider General Litigation team on commercial disputes, contractual claims, and contentious probate where required.
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision while assisting senior fee‑earners on more complex matters.
- Engaging in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
About the Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE (flexible for the right experience).
- Strong grounding in property litigation, ideally from a regional or city firm.
- Confident managing a varied caseload and working directly with clients.
- Clear, practical communicator with a commercial mindset.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
