Role: Associate Property Litigation Solicitor Team: General Litigation / Dispute Resolution Location: Bournemouth (Preston Redman) Working Pattern: 2–3 days WFH per week Additional Benefits: Discretionary bonus scheme.

About the Role

This opportunity is for an Associate‑level Solicitor to join a well‑established General Litigation team, with a focus on Property Litigation. The role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property matters while also contributing to wider commercial and civil disputes handled by the team.

  • Property litigation work — including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, easements, restrictive covenants, possession claims, and service charge disputes.
  • Commercial property disputes — acting for landlords, tenants, developers, and property owners.
  • Residential property disputes — including leasehold matters and enfranchisement‑related issues.
  • Supporting the wider General Litigation team on commercial disputes, contractual claims, and contentious probate where required.
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision while assisting senior fee‑earners on more complex matters.
  • Engaging in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE (flexible for the right experience).
  • Strong grounding in property litigation, ideally from a regional or city firm.
  • Confident managing a varied caseload and working directly with clients.
  • Clear, practical communicator with a commercial mindset.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
