Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Manager EMEA

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom (also multiple EMEA offices).

Purpose

The Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Manager EMEA for MENTOR owns the execution of a coordinated omnichannel marketing approach across priority markets. The role ensures strong alignment between global strategy and local activation, translating priorities into clear, actionable plans and accelerating execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead EMEA digital strategy and omnichannel engagement based on aligned global digital strategy.
  • Integrate digital capabilities into brand and portfolio ensuring effective execution.
  • Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks for digital initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies and personalization.
  • Translate EMEA and global priorities into clear execution plans.
  • Ensure fast and effective localization through Product Managers in each geography.
  • Ensure content is consistent, compliant, and easy to adapt locally.
  • Coordinate efficient use of central content with local customization.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing plans across CRM, digital, field, and media channels.
  • Define and activate customer journeys (healthcare professionals and patients).
  • Lead / work with a team of Product Managers aligned to priority markets.
  • Coordinate agencies and ensure efficient use of budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (business, marketing, or related field).
  • Master’s degree or MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7 years of validated experience in marketing, digital marketing, or commercial roles in healthcare, aesthetics, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong experience in multichannel / omnichannel marketing execution.
  • Confirmed ability to lead regional or multi-country projects.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Experience with performance tracking, analytics, and critical metric frameworks.
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable execution plans.
  • Strong communication and partner alignment skills.
  • Tight-knit collaboration attitude and ability to work across functions and geographies.
  • Ability to balance standardization and local flexibility.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed.
