Senior Site Manager : GBP2.5m Fast:Track School Refurbishment Project (Bedford)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a GBP2.5m fast:track school refurbishment project in Bedford, with a duration of 5 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day:to:day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Previous experience managing fast:track refurbishment projects, particularly within the education sector, is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on refurbishment projects
• Experience delivering fast:track projects valued at GBP2.5m+
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme targets
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Location: Bedford

Project Value: GBP2.5m

Duration: 5 Months
