Clifton Search is seeking an In House Legal Counsel – Corporate/Commercial. This role involves providing commercial legal advice within a dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (UK) with experience in corporate law and a proven track record in delivering pragmatic legal solutions.

The responsibilities include acting as a key contact for stakeholders, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts, and supporting business operations with legal queries. A presence in the office 3 days per week is required, conveniently located near Bristol.
