Overview

We’re recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a successful and growing business with a well-established brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong digital marketing background to take ownership of website performance, email marketing, CRM activity, SEO and marketing automation whilst helping drive customer engagement and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing the company website, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Improving customer journeys across digital touchpoints to enhance user experience, engagement and conversion rates.
  • Supporting CRM integration and maintaining customer data to improve segmentation, retention and lead generation.
  • Delivering email marketing campaigns, customer communications and promotional activity.
  • Creating and managing marketing automation workflows and customer nurture journeys.
  • Implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic and search performance.
  • Managing digital content including website copy, landing pages and campaign assets.
  • Supporting social media activity through content creation, scheduling and performance monitoring.
  • Producing regular reports on website performance, campaign activity, customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitoring key marketing metrics and recommending improvements to maximise return on investment.
  • Supporting campaign planning, content creation and campaign execution.
  • Working with external agencies and suppliers including web development, SEO and CRM partners.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience managing websites and digital content.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation.
  • Experience using analytics tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
  • A proactive approach with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer journey mapping would be highly advantageous.
  • Confidence working with external agencies and suppliers.
