Internal Communications Business Partner

12-month FTC.

Salaries are £36,374 – £40,415 depending on experience.

Home based with occasional travel to Worcester/Solihull and Birmingham offices.

Platform Housing Group is strengthening internal communications, supporting organisational change and enhancing the colleague and customer experience.

The role supports leaders and managers in communicating with clarity and confidence, embedding the organisational narrative and helping colleagues understand their contribution to Platform’s future.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders and managers through periods of change.
• Develop clear, engaging and effective communication content.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively across teams and functions to achieve shared goals.

• Experience in supporting leaders and managers during change.
