Supply Chain Manager – Residential Property
A leading corporate real estate organisation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of contractor and supplier strategy across a substantial residential property portfolio spanning London and the Home Counties.
This is a highly visible role with responsibility for approximately £10 million of annual supplier spend across a portfolio of around 4,000 residential properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supplier performance, commercial value and service quality across the residential management function.
