Community Patch Manager – Leeds (Outdoor Grower)

Roots Allotments in Leeds is seeking a Patch Manager to foster community spirit in our allotment sites. The role involves welcoming customers, maintaining the site, and teaching local school children how to grow vegetables.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of growing experience, a driving license, and a passion for engaging with the community. You’ll mostly be outside in the sunshine while contributing to our vibrant community atmosphere.
