Aerospace QA Manager – Hybrid (Derby/London)

ALTEN is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to ensure project compliance with the ALTEN Delivery Framework. The role involves managing quality KPIs, continuous improvement, and client relationships, while providing support in audit preparations.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in quality roles, knowledge of ISO standards, and strong behavioral skills for stakeholder alignment and problem-solving. This hybrid position requires working in Derby at least two days a week.
