Cost Manager – Property Development (Hybrid, Flexible)

PureGym is seeking a Cost Manager to join our Property Development Team in London. This role involves preparing and managing financial costs related to new gym development and existing refurbishment projects, ensuring effective commercial judgment and collaboration throughout each project.

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying and possess strong analytical capabilities, along with experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. A flexible working culture and hybrid working conditions are offered.
