Data and Insights Analyst

Role
- Manage and analyse institutional data to support decision‑making and statutory reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability across large, multi‑source datasets.
- Develop business intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports.
- Deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct quantitative analyses and develop forecasting models.
- Improve data processes and systems.
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and respond to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
- Provide user training on data tools, manage incoming queries, and present analytical outputs to internal and external audiences.
About You
- First‑degree level education.
- Experience analysing complex data and working with large, multi‑source datasets.
- Sound knowledge of statistical methods and appropriate use.
- Experience with business intelligence and management information tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
- Strong analytical skills, high numeracy, and ability to explain complex numerical and financial information.
