We are looking for a Global Mobility & Benefits Lead to play a key role in enabling our people strategy across 30 countries. This is an opportunity to take ownership of how we move talent around the world, while ensuring our global benefits offering supports and attracts the very best people.
You will sit at the centre of our global organisation, working with HR, finance, and external partners to ensure employees are in the right place at the right time, with the right support in place.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery. You will lead global mobility end‑to‑end, ensuring international moves are smooth, compliant, and cost‑effective, while also overseeing our global benefits programmes to ensure they are competitive and aligned to business needs.
You will act as the go‑to expert for complex international moves, translating technical requirements into clear, practical solutions for stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll be doing
Global mobility
- Own and develop global mobility policies covering international assignments, remote working, and permanent transfers
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee moves, including relocation, tax, payroll, and immigration
- Partner with internal teams and external advisors to ensure compliance across all countries
- Oversee mobility vendors and ensure high‑quality delivery and cost management
- Provide insight into mobility trends, costs, and risks to support business decisions
- Support senior stakeholders with complex or high‑profile cases
- Oversee global benefits programmes, balancing consistency with local market needs
- Manage UK benefit renewals, working with brokers and providers
- Support international benefit reviews and improvements across regions
- Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure value for money
- Contribute to broader reward initiatives and continuous improvement projects
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in global mobility and/or global benefits within a multinational environment
- Good understanding of international tax, immigration, and compliance considerations
- Experience managing external vendors and complex stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly
- Comfortable working globally across different cultures and time zones
