Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive business plan to meet the organization’s growth objectives across LIMs and DIIT business units and deliver regional sales targets.
  • Oversee complex sales initiatives and enterprise-level growth strategies.
  • Mentor high-performing teams and develop enterprise-level strategies.
  • Develop and implement market strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into revenue, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to ensure profitable business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Have a deep understanding of laboratory information systems and diagnostic imaging solutions.
  • Familiarity with how LIS software manages data, workflows, and integrations within a laboratory setting.
  • Background in medical technology/pathology services and healthcare software.
  • Solid experience in sales management and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Domain understanding of healthcare data/integration/terminology/research/analysis.
  • Robust understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in Pathology (but not exclusively).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
