About The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality clinical care while supporting residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. This is a busy and rewarding role that offers genuine job satisfaction and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred care and support to our residents.
- Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
- Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
- Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
- Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.
About You
- Previous nursing experience.
- A valid NMC PIN.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
- A commitment to promoting residents’ interests, independence, and quality of life.
What We Offer
- Pay: £23 per hour
- Full‑time permanent contract available.
- 36 hours per week, including weekends (part‑time and bank opportunities also available).
- Night shifts.
- Working pattern: 8 pm – 8 am.
- 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays (pro rata for part‑time contracts).
