Health Recruit Network is seeking an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager for a 4 Bed EBD Home in the Castleford Area. The role involves leading and managing a therapeutic residential home, ensuring high standards of care while complying with Ofsted regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in children’s residential care, management experience, and knowledge of safeguarding practices. A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification is desirable, as well as a passion for promoting positive outcomes for children.
