REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. is seeking an Onsite Field Services Technician to provide hands-on IT support at its Edinburgh office. This role is crucial for ensuring reliable assistance for hardware and infrastructure issues, requiring effective communication and proactive troubleshooting skills.

The technician will engage with end-users, perform hardware support, manage device refreshes, and maintain documentation through ITSM tools. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
