- £42,500 – 45,000 basic salary (£60k OTE)
- Monthly bonus / profit share – averages from £550 – 1700 (uncapped)
- Only have to travel within a 25 mile radius (from HQ in North Reading)

They install a range of HVAC technologies but Air-Con seems to be their fastest growing! They have 20+ engineers who are training up on Air-Con but you will be the first specialist with proven experience – thus fast potential into Team lead.
Experience?
Someone with strong customer communication skills and a strong level of experience in Air-Conditioning (install and service).
The company is happy to put you through qualifications if you do not have them already (F-Gas etc).
