Key Responsibilities
- Architect and validate end‑to‑end hardware solutions for modular AI‑drone platforms, including power, RF, and sensor subsystems.
- Lead PCB design, signal integrity analysis, and manufacturing coordination to ensure high yield and compliance with defense standards.
- Collaborate with firmware and software teams to integrate embedded controllers, FPGA logic, and AI inference pipelines.
- Drive mechanical design and CAD modeling for lightweight, ruggedized drone frames and mounting interfaces.
- Implement rigorous testing, failure analysis, and iterative improvement cycles to meet mission‑critical reliability targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or defense hardware development, with proven PCB and embedded system expertise.
- Strong knowledge of RF design, power electronics, and FPGA programming.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Altium) and simulation environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment, and strong communication abilities.
