What You’ll Do

• Champion the Group People Strategy and support site‑wide HR initiatives.
• Lead and coach the HR team to deliver high‑impact results.
• Advise on employee relations, policy application, and union engagement.
• Oversee absence management, HR systems, and compliance reporting.
• Drive performance, learning, and development across the site.
• Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and well‑being.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven HR experience in a fast‑paced environment (ideally manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards).
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and a passion for people.
