What You’ll Do
- Champion the Group People Strategy and support site‑wide HR initiatives.
- Lead and coach the HR team to deliver high‑impact results.
- Advise on employee relations, policy application, and union engagement.
- Oversee absence management, HR systems, and compliance reporting.
- Drive performance, learning, and development across the site.
- Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and well‑being.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven HR experience in a fast‑paced environment (ideally manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team.
- CIPD qualified (or working towards).
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and a passion for people.
