We are looking for an FMCG Analytical Consultant to support high‑profile clients such as Heineken, Imperial Tobacco, Mars, and Nestlé.
The role involves working with global clients to optimise territories for their field sales teams, ensuring routes and visit schedules are efficient to reduce costs and mitigate environmental impact.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted client advisor, delivering projects, bespoke software training, and providing technical support.
You will be trained on CACI’s InSite GIS tool, optimisation algorithms and spatial databases to deliver field sales team headcount analysis, territory, and route optimisation solutions.
Specific Responsibilities
- Undertake analytical projects delivering territory and route optimisation using CACI’s InSite GIS software
- Address clients’ software and consultative support issues
- Create support/training materials including presentations, videos, and guides
- Work closely with the Account Manager to manage client relationships
- Help design and deliver bespoke client software training
- Write software development tickets based on own use or client feedback and test functionality
- Contribute to innovation through team‑wide labs and creative thinking sessions
Who You Are (Ideally)
- Educated to at least degree level, numerate with exposure to Geographical Information Systems/Science
- Can confidently communicate technical information to non‑technical people
- 2-5 years of experience managing clients and working with software
- Client‑oriented mindset
