Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a Southwest London based organisation, on the recruitment of a People Partner.

This is a key role within the People function, responsible for supporting the delivery of a strategic, business‑aligned People agenda. Working closely with Strategic People Partners, senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in embedding change, enhancing organisational capability, and driving engagement across a diverse workforce.

Duties

  • Partner with Strategic People Partners and business leaders to deliver effective people solutions across designated areas
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, supporting managers to resolve issues effectively and confidently
  • Support organisational change, performance management, workforce planning and engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to talent management, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and learning & development programmes
  • Support the delivery of the People Strategy and take ownership of key projects and elements of the annual People cycle
  • Use data and analytics to provide insight‑led recommendations and improve business outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement in people practices, policies and processes to meet evolving business needs
  • Coach, mentor and develop People Advisers, building capability within the team
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, influencing and challenging where appropriate
  • Ensure all people processes and interactions are fair, consistent and legally compliant

Skills / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a HR Generalist, People Advisor or People Partner role
  • Strong employee relations experience, including handling complex and sensitive cases
  • Experience supporting organisational change, performance management, workforce planning and engagement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • A practical, solutions‑focused approach with strong judgement and attention to detail
  • Experience managing or developing others, or demonstrable potential to step into a people management role
