Business Development Executive
Location: Birmingham City Centre and surrounding areas. Field based.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Salary: £28–32k per annum (+ commission OTE £18k per annum), company car, laptop, mobile phone, etc.
Company overview: Lyreco specializes in providing workplace supplies globally. This role is part of the SMB Sales Division.

Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, expand existing business relationships, and secure new opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop new business and manage existing accounts within your assigned territory.
- Foster new relationships with prospective customers via various communication channels.
- Engage in remote work, communicating with clients through cold calling or client visits.
- Meet challenging yet achievable targets; promotions based on results.
Qualifications
- Skilled in prospecting and identifying new leads.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Resilient in the face of challenges and setbacks.
- Driven by targets, consistently striving for results.
- Valid driving license for travel within assigned territory.
