We are looking for a Shop Supervisor to lead our team in delivering fresh food and outstanding customer service. The role involves supervising staff, managing daily operations, and driving sales to achieve business goals.

Pay & Hours
Rate: £12.71 per hour. Working week: 39 hours over 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday. Flexible working hours can be discussed where possible.
Job Role
As a Supervisor you will work alongside a hardworking team preparing fresh ingredients and producing sandwiches, baguettes and other food products in line with company standards. You will provide excellent customer service, sell high‑quality fresh food, and receive full training to support future progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create an inviting experience.
- Receive and check daily deliveries.
- Assist with the management of branch stock and produce.
- Maintain shop displays.
- Have excellent knowledge and understanding of products.
- Prepare food in line with specifications.
- Control food and produce quality.
- Maintain the highest level of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Work efficiently within a team.
- Handle cash and operate the till.
- Open or close the shop when required.
- Run shifts at various times during the week.
- Drive sales and minimise wastage.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment at supervisory level is required.
- Experience in food production is advantageous but not essential – full ongoing training will be provided.
