Senior Clinical Therapist
Are you an experienced and compassionate clinical professional looking to make a meaningful impact?
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Therapist to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Manager and Clinical Lead, supporting employed and associate counsellors and clinical therapists to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, responsive, and cost-efficient therapeutic interventions. You will have a particular focus on the assessment, formulation, and management of complex client presentations, helping to inform and guide the delivery of evidence-based, high-intensity Step 3 interventions.
Alongside managing your own weekly caseload, you will provide clinical support, guidance, and professional expertise to counsellors and therapists, contributing to excellent clinical outcomes and the ongoing development of the wider team.

Location: Hybrid – Belfast
Contract Type: Permanent
What You’ll Receive
Salary: £37,964.53 – £42,925.61(Higher than the current NHS Band 6 equivalent)
