Estates Facilities Manager – West End – Managing Agent

Job Summary

My client, a managing agent, is looking for an Estates Facilities Manager to oversee multiple buildings primarily office sites located in the West End of Central London. The role involves daily liaison with service partners, close tenant engagement, and meetings with portfolio owners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for all sites located in the West End.
• Coordinate and liaise with service partners on a daily basis.
• Engage closely with tenants and attend meetings with owners of the portfolio.
• Manage all project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
• Set and manage service charge budgets.
• Work flexibly as required.

Qualifications

• IOSH/NEBOSH certification.
• Proven experience managing multiple office buildings in the West End of Central London.
• Strong project management and contractor appointment skills.
• Capacity to grow and develop in the role.
