Project Manager Construction
An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation is looking for a Project Manager to deliver on high‑end schemes that range from £1 to £8 million.
They’re a slick operator and have taken a lot of the legwork out of a project manager position which enables you to do what you do to the best of your ability.
It’s a great opportunity to get in with a growing main contractor who have an incredible pipeline of secured projects going into 2027.
The Company
The company specialises in high‑end or prime residential refurbishments in London and Surrey. Typically, they will consist of either a high‑end refurbishment, a new build or a combination of the two.
The company has a strong pipeline of works, is growing and there’s ample room for growth as the company secures more and more work.
The Project Manager Role
The successful Project Manager will be based at the office in Cobham and will travel to site when necessary.
The projects you will be managing range from £1 to £8 million and include high‑end refurbishments.
The role will be largely focused on managing these projects, gathering information from professional services, PQS, architects, subcontractors and other third parties.
Project Manager – Requirements
- High‑end residential refurbishment experience with £2 million+ budgets
- Experience in complex refurbishments with high end finishes
- Solid organisational and communication skills
- Construction related degree education is beneficial
- Good people management experience
- Programming experience – MS Projects or ASTA
