Design Manager Are you looking for a Design Manager role? Interested in working for a well established Main Contractor?
VANRATH are recruiting a Design Manager to work for a leading Main Contractor that work on a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, based in Belfast.
Remuneration: £Competitive DOE + vehicle / package
Client: Well established Main Contractor with decades of experience delivering a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across various sectors including education, healthcare, residential, commercial and community sectors.
The business work alongside public bodies, private clients and housing associations with trust relationships and repeat business built on reliability, consistent disciplined and competent delivery.
This is a great opportunity for an established Design Manager to join a company that continues to invest in its people supporting long term growth and development, whilst working on a variety of exciting projects.
The Ideal Person:
- Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
- Main contractor background
- Extensive experience working as a Design Manager
- Have experience working on a range of projects across various sectors
- The ability to plan, organise and prioritise and work to meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills and conversant with standard software packages
- Experience chairing and leading multidisciplinary design meetings
