Head of Hospitality and Events – GTech Community Stadium, Brentford FC£46,000 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee premium match‑day hospitality and non‑match‑day conference & events business at Gtech Community Stadium, the home of Brentford Football Club.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of all match‑day hospitality operations and non‑match‑day events.
• Manage hospitality lounges, suites, and conference & event spaces, ensuring exceptional service standards at every touchpoint.
• Oversee event execution, staffing, labour management and operational budgets.
• Take ownership of event P&Ls, payroll, forecasting and cost control.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and venue partners.
• Lead, coach and develop hospitality teams to create a culture of excellence and engagement.
• Drive innovation, continuously enhancing the guest journey and event offering.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH and food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with culinary, planning and venue teams to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven senior hospitality leadership experience within a stadium, arena, conference centre, hotel, members’ club or premium events environment.
• Strong operational and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
• Passionate about hospitality, food, beverage and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Experienced in leading large teams in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible to work around matchdays, evenings and event schedules.
